Ask in Slack
Mention @Argos in a channel to ask a question or start a task. Argos replies in a thread so follow-up context stays together.
Ask Argos questions, search your team’s institutional knowledge, and turn Slack channels into structured matters—without leaving Slack.
An Argos account is required to install Argos for Slack. If your organization does not yet use Argos, book a demo to get started.
Argos is the context partner for in-house legal teams. It organizes legal requests, makes prior work searchable, and helps teams reuse the decisions, analyses, and precedents they already trust.
With Argos for Slack, your team can work with that knowledge where conversations already happen—while keeping matters and their supporting context organized in Argos.
Invite Argos to the right channels, mention @Argos with a request, and continue the conversation in the resulting thread.

Search approved Slack messages, files, matters, and connected knowledge to surface relevant prior work with sources you can review.
Create a matter from a Slack channel or link the channel to an existing matter. Relevant messages can then keep the matter current.
Slack installation is completed from within Argos after signing in. An Argos organization administrator should complete the workspace connection.
Open app.joinargos.com and select the organization you want to connect.
Go to Settings → Organization → Integrations.
Select New, then choose Slack from the organization integrations list.
Review the permissions on Slack’s authorization screen, choose the intended workspace, and approve the installation.
Add Argos only to channels whose messages and files should be available to your Argos organization.
Ask a question, request a summary, or ask Argos to create or link a matter from the current channel.
In Argos, open the Slack connection settings to see connected channels and whether each channel has synced.
